A Message From Our Principal
Thanks to attended Mass this weekend in uniform and helped greet. Special thanks to the students who proclaimed the Scripture Readings at Mass. Great job!
Today in our Monday Prayer service, we talked about God’s covenants. The original covenant was between God and Abraham. God’s covenant included the Promised Land, countless descendants and that his chosen people would bring blessings to all the nations. In return Abraham and his family, his tribe, were to be faithful to God.
In the today’s Reading from the Letter to the Hebrews, Christ is the new covenant. Christ offered to take away the sins of many, and will appear a second time, not to take away sin but to bring salvation to those who eagerly await Him.
