Get to know an ambassador
Hi, my name is Elizabeth Harper and I’m a third year Environmental Health Science major with intent to attend medical school and eventually become a pediatric trauma surgeon. I stumbled into EHS, but it has been one of the best decisions I have made due to the incredible community that exists within the major. It’s a relatively small major, but everyone loves what they are doing and wants to see everyone else succeed. You can typically find me hammocking in the state botanical gardens or trying to find unique places around Athens. I am a member of the UGA Miracle Family Relations committee, assistant treasurer of the Environmental Health Science club, and involved in various other activities around campus. During the summer I am an assistant coordinator for HOBY or Hugh O’Brien Youth Leadership Seminar, which is a weekend leadership seminar for high school sophomores. Please feel free to reach out to me or other Ambassadors.
