Our Staff Loves Our Community
Thank you for the beautiful roses that were delivered to staff. It left all of us smiling.
Thank you to the Girl Scout Group led by Mrs. Gehling for providing Tucci's mini-hoagies and Girl Scout cookies for our first ever virtual staff luncheon last week. That left us smiling and stomachs full.
Thank you for the constant showering of treats and messages. That leaves of full of joy.
Exciting News about Work Being Done in Cherry Hill
Back in the fall, Dr. Mahan, Assistant Superintendent, and Dr. Meloche, Superintendent, participated in an interview with producers from ABC’s Nightline, regarding the discussions that were taking place around a mandatory African American History course for our students. Machayla Randall, a senior at HS East, was featured in the interview as well. While the story was planned for airing a number of times throughout the fall, it finally aired this week.
Below is the link for the episode. Some very positive national press for our District.
