Frequently Asked Questions
When can I expect access to the course?

I can't access the program, what should I do?
Students new to SU are usually added to Think About It within a week or so after registering for their first term.
- If you've recently registered hold tight, we'll add you soon.
- If you registered a while back - email us from your SU account with your first name, last name, and SU ID and we'll look into it. Or give us a call!
The email was marked spam, is this for real?
Yes! You will be receiving official emails from admin@campusclarity.com with the display alias "Seattle University".
We send this training notice to all incoming students and every once in a while our messages get marked as spam.
This happens because a company called Campus Clarity hosts Think About It for Seattle University (confusing right?!?).
Why is it required?
- To promote a campus free of sexual misconduct
- To share the resources that are available to support students
- So all students know about our sexual misconduct policies and local laws
- To introduce students to the powerful roll they can play in shifting culture
What if the content of this program bothers me?
If you are feeling overwhelmed by the content of this program please call Ryan at (206) 296-2593 so you can privately discuss your individual situation and determine the best way to proceed.
We hope this goes without saying, but we care deeply about all our students and are always available to talk.
What if I don't do it?
How do I get a hold removed?
- Complete the Think About It program you were assigned.
- Email ThinkAboutIt@seattleu.edu letting us know you've completed the requirement and would like to have your hold removed.
I have ideas for improvment, where should I direct them?
