In this project, I will be examining and explaining the 4th amendment and the 10th amendment.
The 4th Amendment
What does the 4th amendment say?
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Here is what that means in english
The 4th amendment protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures, meaning the government does not have the right to come to your house and search for something without a specific reason to and permission from someone to.

The 10th Amendment
What does the 10th amendment say?
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.
Here is what it means in English
What the 10th amendment is basically saying is that any power that is not given to the federal governments is given to the people or the states
