Tawanka's got talent
Dear Tawanka Families,
Please see the following announcement from December 22, 2022:
It is that time again! Time to show your Tawanka Talent! Our annual talent show will be on Friday, March 31. We are looking for students who can dance, sing, play an instrument, perform gymnastics, tell jokes, do magic tricks, etc! Here is the link to learn more and sign-up for an audition.
Please note: There will be no paper copies of the registration form. We will only be accepting the digital form.
ALL SUBMISSIONS ARE NOW DUE: SUNDAY, JANUARY 15th.

A Pickle in PE!
Many thanks to the Tawanka PTO for their fundraising efforts, which paid for the paddles. Many thanks to Engage Pickleball for the amazingly low price for top-notch paddles.
Not only did Engage help us with the cost of the paddles, they gave Mr. Wright coupons to share with all of you if you want to purchase pickleball equipment. Contact Mr. Wright if you want a coupon.

Kindergarten Registration for 2023-2024 is now open!
Registration for the 2023-2024 school year opened on Tuesday, January 3, 2023. Families with a student who is entering kindergarten at Neshaminy can begin the process by visiting the registration website, www.neshaminy.org/register
Tawanka's kindergarten has filled up the last two years, so make sure to register your student soon!
Congratulations Detective Zaffino!
Tawanka Kindergarten made a giant card for Officer Zaffino congratulating him on being promoted to Detective. Although we will miss seeing him in the building regularly, we are happy he has received a promotion for all his hard work.

Mrs. Geers' kindergarten class has been using a variety of materials to explore and build all different flat and 3 dimensional shapes which they are studying during math.

In the library, third grade is creating a poster of their favorite genre after weeks of a huge genre unit!
These students found some amazing Science fiction and mysteries they enjoyed!
