You all did a phenomenal job on Saturday representing Frisco, Wakeland, and Yourselves!

Contest Etiquette:
The following are expectations for all students, parents and families in support of the Wakeland Band’s Competitive season.
Please know that the number one focus we have for each and every performance is to be remembered and give our best performance possible.
Every person at a performance is there to positively support the Wakeland Band both in and out of performances.
All spectators and performers are there to show support to their peers and colleagues in other band programs.
There should not be any negative media posting or social discussions about the Wakeland Band or any other competitive group.
These competitions are there to help the students and the staff grow and learn from other competitive groups and adjudicators.
All spectators are expected to represent the Wakeland Band in a positive manner and be ambassadors for our program, campus, and school district.
When it comes to competitive results, we believe that the goal is to have our best performance and the rest is out of our control.
When scores are announced we can celebrate in a manner that is thankful for the opportunities presented and be grateful for the opportunities that we had.
