Help your child have a visual creation of a schedule as much as possible. Have them take pictures of them working on the activity. Children LOVE seeing themselves in pictures. You could also ask your child's teacher to help you make a visual schedule.
Remember! Following a visual schedule is a skill that children need to learn. You can teach your child how to do this by referring back to the schedule. Your child may remove the picture once the activity is complete. Once it becomes a routine, you can easily expand the visual schedule to include your entire day.
