#BASDChallenge 15 Day Twitter Challenge a Success! And the Winner Is...
Actually, all 39 teachers and administrators across the BASD who participated in the first ever 15 Day Twitter Challenge are WINNERS! These were the participants from the two high schools:

Leveraging Google Drive Add-Ons in the Classroom - In Person or Online - 2 hours
April 12th (Liberty HS Library) or April 14th (Freedom HS Library) - 3:00-5:00PM
Have you started to use Google Drive Docs, Sheets, Slides and/or Forms in your classroom but you are wondering if you are using the tools to their potential? Do you believe in working smarter, not harder? Or maybe you are a Math teacher struggling with using mathematical notation in Google? This workshop has something to offer everyone and is designed for beginner through advanced users of Google Apps.
Engage Your Students with Augmented and Virtual Reality - In Person or Online - 2 hours
April 19th (Liberty HS Library) or April 20th (Freedom HS Library) - 3:00-5:00PM
Experience both Google Cardboard Virtual Reality (VR) and Aurasma Augmented Reality (AR) at school! Consume and CREATE rich experiences with your students with both platforms. Classroom uses will be explored. Bring your iPhone or Android phone if you have one so you can continue to create long after this workshop is over!
Students Love Curating Content with Pinterest! (featuring Liberty's Cécile McKernan!) - 2 hours

Learn how to access and curate instructional content with your students in Pinterest! Cécile McKernan will share how she has helped her students curate and organize digital content using this dynamic tool.
