To achieve physical fitness you have to train your cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition and flexibility.

Muscular endurance is the ability of a muscle to continue exerting force without tiring out.
What is muscular strenght?
Muscular strength as the ability of muscle to exert force during an activity.
What is body composition?
The relative amounts of muscle, bone, and fat make up body composition, i.e. the body's muscle-bone-fat ratio.
