Iron

Iron functions as a carrier of oxygen through the blood stream. Iron is a micronutrient. Some examples of food with iron in it are beef, chicken, pork, tuna, turkey, beans, and rice. Anemia. Symptoms of iron deficiency are lack of energy, fatigue, headaches, and low blood pressure. Symptoms of too much iron are chronic fatigue, joint pain, irregular heart rhythm, change of skin color, and heart failure.
