From the Athletic Director
Hello Clinton Community School District Families,
We had some great weather this past week and as a result, we were able to get in quite a few events and games. We are hoping for more of the same this coming week. Below are a few highlights from the week.
The baseball team had a winning week as they went 2-1 on the week. They beat Delavan on Thursday evening and then turned around and split a doubleheader on Saturday with East Troy. The highlight of the week is Gavin Wesling hitting a grand slam Saturday afternoon in a 14-0 victory over East Troy.
The track team had a busy week with 3 track meets over the course of the week, which concluded with the Clinton Relays on a beautiful Saturday. The track team performed very well on Saturday, and a special thank you to the Booster Club for providing concessions, and everyone who helped run the event. We couldn’t have done it without you.
A list of open gym times are listed below for volleyball this coming spring and summer. Contact Coach Sara Douglas if you have any questions, sadouglas@clintonwis.com.

PROM HELP NEEDED
CALLING ALL JUNIORS AND FAMILIES!!
We will be decorating for prom on Friday, May 3rd from 2:30-5:30 and we need your help! There are several sporting events taking place, so we need everyone to please step up and consider helping to decorate! Prom is at Elegant Acres in Elkhorn again this year. The address is W5300 Territorial Dr., Elkhorn. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!! Sign up using the link below or email me at kestatton@clintonwis.com. Thank you!
SCOOPIE NIGHT
Please sign up to work Scoopie NIght on Monday, April 15th:
If we do not get enough students and adults for Scoopie Night, we will need to give up the date to another club. This is a GREAT and EASY way to make money so I would hate to give it up but we also cannot run it without enough volunteers! Please do your part to help your class as you ALL benefit! (This can also count for service hours that are required for graduation!)
If you cannot sign up using the link, please email Kendra Statton at kestatton@clintonwis.com.
CLINTON CLAY BUSTERS NEWS!
Last Sunday was definitely NOT a great shooting day weather-wise, but I am so proud of everyone who persevered! We competed hard against the Parkview Clay Schwackers for conference and for the milk can. For the conference competition, our Clay Busters high school team defeated the Clay Schwackers and our middle school Clay Busters fell to the Clay Schwackers.
The winner of the milk can and the 2024 Small Town Throw Down was the Clinton Clay Busters! We defeated the Clay Schwackers, 351-344. So, the milk can trophy stay with the Clinton Clay Busters for another year!
Also, a big shout out to Aydyn Jones who shot a 25 straight in his first round for this competition! Nice job Aydyn!
