Message from the PE Teacher
Dear Panda Parents:
Welcome to the easiest fundraiser ever! No buying, no selling!
For the month of October, we are asking parents to Adopt-A-Day (or several days) and donate the amount of the date(s) you choose.
Example: If you adopt October 10th, you would donate $10: October 15th = $15 etc. If you would like to adopt more than one day, you would total the amount of those days - October 1, 2 and 3 would be $6. All adoptions are online through the following link:
Funds raised will be used to enhance our outdoor student learning areas with new shades and outdoor seating! It is going to be beautiful! Each class who fills their calendar will receive a special reward. Feel free to share with family & friends to help reach their goal!
Just click and begin!
Blessings,
Annie Castle

Wise Wednesday
Have your child wear a college shirt or color every Wednesday to support our Wisdom Wednesday. On Wisdom Wednesdays, the students will focus on their future. Learning about careers, setting goals and looking ahead will help us to be successful and reach our full potential. This 9 weeks we are learning about the careers under the Public Service Endorsement like educators and first responders.
The power of MINDSET
The Great 8- Optimistic Thinking
Our Great 8 Skill for this 9 weeks has been Optimistic Thinking. Ask your child what optimistic thinking means. Have a discussion with your child by sharing a time in your adult life where you had to change your negative thoughts into positive thoughts to overcome a challenge so your child sees the value in having a positive mindset will help him/her overcome difficult times. Positive affirmations lead to positive thinking. Get our Pandaโs day started on a positive note by having them say a positive affirmation everyday.
Try one of these affirmations this weekโฆ
