HOLDING ROOMS AND CAREER STUDENTS
We will have buy-outs Monday- Friday for Spirit Week. We will be on the Morning Activity Schedule for the week (attached).
The classes below will serve as holding rooms. You should remain with your class if you have more than 10 students not participating. If you have less than 10 to remain, you should find a holding room for your students and report to the Gym for supervision. If all holding rooms are not needed, consolidate classrooms and teachers who are free should report to the Gym.

Career Center students with 3rd lunch should eat on 2nd lunch. CC students with 1st lunch should be released from class at 12:55 (end of 2nd lunch) to board the bus.
The CC has agreed to allow any student that would like to attend the pep rally on Friday, January 26, to do so. Monday- Thursday they should report as normal. CC students that remain here should report to the Commons. They will be supervised by Ms. L. Davis.
The 9th grade Exploratory Students should be dismissed at 11:55 (5 minutes before the end of 3rd period) to board the bus to the CC. They will eat on 3rd lunch.

New Grading Dates from District
Just a reminder about the adjusted timeline for Q2 grades:
- Tuesday, January 23rd - Grade verification sheets turned in to school admin (admin will communicate within their building a specific time on Monday that verification sheets are due to school administration)
- Wednesday, January 24th - Grades stored by ETS starting at 8:00 am
- Thursday, January 25th - Schools verify stored grades and generate report cards
- Friday, January 26th - Report cards sent home
Important Dates Next Week:
1/31- English Dpt enters recommendations in the MC at 7:45 or 4:00
2/1- Science Dpt enters recommendations in the MC at 7:45 or 4:00
2/2- SS Dpt enters recommendations in the MC at 7:45 or 4:00
