Hello Students!
My name is Lisa Stein and I am the new College and Career Advisor at Idaho Virtual Academy. I have been with IDVA for 7 years, most recently as the Family Engagement Coordinator where I planned our school's statewide events and facilitated the orientation program for incoming students. I live in Boise with my family and have two college age sons. In my free time, I enjoy photography, working out, reading, and traveling.
I am looking forward to getting to know you and to helping you with your future plans! If you have questions or need assistance, I am just a phone call or an email away.
You can reach me at lstein@idahova.org or 208-501-6638.
IDVA Transcript Ordering
Seniors, please be aware that the college(s) you apply to will need an OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT of your high school record. Click here to request an official transcript or visit the College and Career website for links.
Once you complete the transcript request form, IDVA Registrar Laura Powell will review your request and mail the college your official transcript. Please allow one week for processing.
If you have any questions about this process, please contact Mrs. Powell, IDVA Registrar.
Phone: 208-322-3559 ext. 4019

College Credit Transcript Ordering
If you have earned (or are currently earning) college credits at any outside institution, you must request your official transcript from each of the colleges you earned credit (or are currently earning) from. These transcripts must be sent directly to the colleges you are applying to. Future colleges will only consider transfer credits if the record of the course(s) completed comes directly from the college attended.
Please contact the college directly for information on how to request your transcript. Please note, fees exist for ordering official transcripts. It's a good idea to order your transcript well before any college or scholarship deadline. Be sure to allow enough time for processing and mailing.
Here are a list of colleges and links to the school's registrar or to the school's transcript request process. If the college with which you completed coursework is not listed here, please reach out to that school directly.
