MHS Block Scheduling 2024-2025: With any adjustment in school operations it is important to consider all perspectives and feedback from our MHS stakeholders. As our Guidance Department and students work together to build individual plans for the 2024-2025 school year (and beyond), it is natural that there may be questions and discussion topics. We will be holding an open forum for students & parents/guardians to join us in the MHS Auditorium where together we can discuss questions and feedback this Wednesday, April 3, 2024 @ 6:00 pm.
Wednesday, April 3 is also an Early Release Day.
If you are in possession of unwanted prom dresses, heels, shoes, or blazers please consider donating them to MHS this Thursday during Mustang Time to help those who may need help getting outfitted for our upcoming prom on May 4th (see flyer below).
Finally, we wish to congratulate Ms. Christina Hoar on her recent recognition as a Golden Apple Award winner for demonstrating excellence in the service of students in our school community (see photo below).
Take care,
-Mr. Thurlow
Culture Club Trip to Peru - April 2026!
Dear Damilies,
Are you a Freshman or Sophomore? Exciting news! Your student is invited to join us on a once-in-a-lifetime international travel experience with their peers to Peru in April 2026!
When students travel, they expand their knowledge of the world around them, discover more about themselves, and grow more confident. These skills are critical for creating the global citizens of tomorrow, and I would love to have your student join me on this adventure.
Here is a link to more information and the enrollment page (Peru-2026). Register by 4-4 and receive a $200 discount on the trip. If you have any questions please contact me.
Thanks,
Mrs. Carroll
