💭 Superintendent's Message
Dear Northfield School District Families:
Money magazine recently named Northfield one of the 50 best places to live in the United States. While those of us who live here know it is a “special place”, it is wonderful to have others recognize it. According to the online article, Money used this criteria in developing its list:
The health of the local job market
The average housing costs borne by homeowners and renters
The percentage of residents in poverty
The quality of public schools
As a community, we work together to prepare every student for lifelong success by developing critical thinkers who are curious and ready to engage in our society. We should be proud of this partnership. I know I am.
As always, thank you for your support. Please contact me directly with any feedback or questions you have about the district.
Sincerely,
Matt

I had the chance to check in on these awfully cute chicks when visiting the Greenvale Park kindergarten PLC this week. These kinds of learning experiences are vital to integrate for our students!
