Fine Arts Updated PL Offerings
Professional Learning While at Home
Professional Learning
EACs and Principals, please let me know if there is anything you need info on or further help with concerning PL and Fine Arts Teachers in Paulding.
I will be adding to this newsletter as PL Offerings increase as we go along. Almost everyday there is something new that we are able to participate in or sign up for that is FREE and I am so glad to say we probably are doing more PL now than ever before.

Weekly Zoom Collaborations
- Digital Learning and how that looks for performance based content
- Trouble Shooting issues we might be dealing with from this new teaching perspective
- Sharing ways to continue to engage performance students even thought their concerts, competitions, trips are cancelled. It is a challenge to get them to participate in performance based assignments without a performance on the horizon - we are having lots of great discussions with positive solutions being shared
- Lesson sharing, Canvas help, Digital Resource Sharing, etc.
- Tier Planning with teachers of Elementary content and middle school content and then again with middle school content to high school content. Discovering gaps in our instruction which our teachers are working together to close for implementation starting this fall.

PLC - The Original and the Updated
Teachers have all already turned the paperwork in for the PLC; however, the deadline was literally the Friday we were getting the news about this current situation. Therefore, I have not yet turned in their paperwork and am working to add to it while we are out documenting what each teacher is participating in.
When we are back up and running (or whenever I am directed to do so), I will be signing off on their PLC for Fine Arts.
