The Industrial Revolution was the transition to new manufactured processes in the period from about 1760 to sometime between 1820 and 1840. Eli Whitney invented the cotton gin, and Alexander Graham bell invented the telephone, and Henry Ford invented the automobile.
The Child labor Board when children worked at a young age and did not get a lot of money for there work. Young children working enduring some of the harshest condition. Workdays would often be 10 to 14 hours with minimal breaks during the shift. They would work in a factory, they would have a hard life, they would have not that nice of clothes to ware. There was a girl how was 12 years old and every mistake she made in the factory it would coast her mother. She had a friend that when school was over he would have to go to work as a doffers on their mothers looms in the mill. When she got older she had children and they taken the littlest one away from her. Her Grandmother died, so people get sick. When she was little she did not look happy because she was sad because she was working and was not with her family.
