Shout Outs
- A. Umberger for writing and submitting a grant to the Richland County Conservation Commission. Through her efforts the commission has provided a $7000 grant to assist covering costs for field trips.
- P. McWhirter's class for leading last Friday's learning celebration. The taught the audience about their work as ichthyologists.
- Bingo Night 2019 was successful and provided a good time for students and their families. We are thankful for the work of our PTO board, front office staff, custodial staff, and homeroom teachers for their respective contributions.

District Employee Recognition
Annually our district recognizing current upcoming TOY and SEOY along with persons retiring at the conclusion of the school year. Mary Creech and Marci Reid will be recognized as our 2019-2020 TOY and SEOY respectively. Additionally Ramona Gould will be recognized for her contributions to our school and system as well.

Professional Development worth considering
We are very lucky to have 3 district behavior interventionists offer a July workshop focused on practical classroom learning/behavior strategies. This will be appropriate for teachers, administrators, and other folks who support behavior instruction. FYI is interested.
