Menu News from the Nutrition Services Department
It is our mission to always serve the best quality and nutritious meals to our students. While we intend to continue doing so, it is not without its challenges right now. We are reaching out to make you aware of some menu changes that you will notice in our school due to food product and staff shortages. Menu items that may be temporarily removed from the menu are either currently unavailable from our vendors or determined by being both labor intensive and not the most popular with students. When our food and staffing situation improves, we will add these items back, at once.
LAST CHANCE PICTURE RETAKE
For those students that didn't receive their proof of photos until AFTER the first retake date due to camera malfunction at registration, LAST CHANCE for retakes is available Monday November 15th. Please have your student sing up in the main office if interested!!
Women in Business Night
Brownsburg DECA is hosting a Women In Business Night on November 10th at 7pm. This event includes 5 women speaking about the topics of marketing, finance, hospitality, entrepreneurship, and management. At the event there will be a free coffee and dessert bar and the first 75 students to sign up will be given a free padfolio. They would love if your child could attend to learn more about careers in business. They can sign up with this link (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1otM2gIWdQzZGtk3vkI0GWTt0YNiQhnwpVoS4m-6dxWI/viewform?edit_requested=true) or scan the QR code located around their school!

Calling out for Appointments
When a student is leaving early for an appointment, please call the team office as early in the day as possible to let us know. We will send a pass to the student's class to release him/her.
The student will sign out in the team office and then be allowed to leave the building. Only a guardian may call to release a student from school, but may have anyone pick him/her up. Parents do not have to come in to sign the student out; the students will sign themselves out.
