We value your input and appreciate you taking the time to help us reflect on our program.
5 Essential Survey link:

This survey is designed to generate a detailed picture of the inner workings of your child’s school. As a parent, this opportunity will allow you to share your thoughts on the important elements of school effectiveness in a survey about your child’s school.
On behalf of the Illinois State Board of Education, the Illinois 5Essentials Survey is administered online by UChicago Impact at the University of Chicago.

Preschool & Developmental Screenings
Current Bright Futures students do not need to be screened.
Bright Futures will be holding Preschool and Developmental Screenings March 27-28 and April 4, 2024. These screenings will help identify factors that may interfere with a child's learning, growth, and development. Screening results MAY qualify your child to receive support from the Regional Office of Education #33 and/or Bright Futures Preschool.
Attending a screening does not guarantee your child will be enrolled in Bright Futures Preschool. However, to be considered for enrollment at Bright Futures, your child must attend a screening event.

SHINE IN 205
The Shine in #205 program is a way for you to salute any CUSD #205 employee who goes above and beyond what is expected. Whether you are a parent/guardian impressed with that special touch your student's teacher added to a moment, a coworker who thinks their colleague doesn't hear often enough about the great job they are doing, or a community member who witnessed a staff member's commitment to students-you can send a Shine nomination!
