- By eating too much junk
- By being lazy and unfit
- By not caring about your health

A yummy easy breakfast
Almonds
A crunchy little snack.
Yogurt with oats, blueberries and strawberries

My Recipe
Oatmeal Almond Bars
The Ingredients:
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/3 cup honey
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 cups uncooked quick oats
The honey in this recipe is evened out with the oats and almonds so the blood sugar level won't go high but if someone with low hypo glycaemia eats it, it will help
Type 2 Diabetes
Diabetes isn't something that happens over night and the earlier it is fixed the better. Diabetes means that the level of glucose is to high and that affects the cells because thats what they use for energy. Also Insulin that comes from the pancreas is very important for everyone including people with type 2 diabetes because it helps the glucose regulate around the body but if theres not enough the glucose builds up.
Symptoms:
- excessive passing of urine
- constant thirst
-tiredness
-blurred vision
