A "Wicked" Awesome Composer
A little about him...
He is a native New Yorker, born on March 6, 1948. He studied at Juilliard School of Music while in high school and graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in 1968 with a B.F.A. in Drama. He is most famous for composing music for popular Broadway Musicals including Godspell, Pippin, Children of Eden, and Wicked. A book about his career has recently been released by Applause Books titled "Defying Gravity."
