Friendly Reminders:
Here are some friendly reminders to make our day go smoothly:
- Send a water bottle to school each day - clear water only; please no Gatorade or fruit drinks.
- Breakfast is served at 7:15.
- If your child is eating breakfast, it is important that they are at school by 7:25 so that they have time to eat before the school day begins. If they arrive at school at 7:40, they will be eating in the cafeteria while instruction is happening in the classroom.
- If you need to check your child out, please do so before 2:15.
- It is important to note that there is a LOT of learning happening every weekday - **even on Fridays!!** Your child will miss important instruction if you check them out early on Fridays.
- All transportation changes must be communicated through the office (a signed note, phone call, or email).
- Daily Folders will be sent home every day. Please check your child's folder and send back.
Thank you for your help!

A Note From the Library
The read-aloud this week is an AR Diamond Award book, Kaia and the Bees. (Students will vote in May for their favorite AR Diamond book.) Saturday, April 22 is Earth Day and we’ll be talking about ways bees help us.
If your student has an overdue book, you will get an email Monday morning. Please take a few minutes to look for lost or overdue library books at your house. We will really be focusing on getting books back into the library to prepare for the end of the year. If you can’t find the book(s), please send money to the library so we can replace the book.
Please contact me if you need anything- carri.finley@g.fayar.net.A Note From Music
