why do we sleep?
Some scientist say that we sleep because our brain rests as well as our muscles. For example if you learned a new skill, well after you go to sleep the brain will take its time to relax but it will also study what you have learned, and when you wake up you will still remember it.

sleep walking occurs mostly in childhood probably because they spend more time in the "deep sleep".
