Impact of Economics and Politics in Indian Culture
Economic and political change have led to young adults/ teens to be more independent in today's society. This is leading to an age gap between generations. Many older adults had their parents arrange weddings for them. Now young people have enough economic stability to find their future betrothed themselves, have free will, and be able to express their own beliefs.
