PREPARING FOR THE ACT
Many times during the school year, parents and students will ask about ACT prep materials/websites, and the the Christmas break is a great time to brush up on testing skills or look at test prep options.
The blue button below is a link to a booklet that contains explanation of each ACT section (English, Math, Reading, & Science), as well as a full length ACT test for students to use as a practice test.
There is also an opportunity to register for a ACT Prep class at UCA (see below). This particular class will fill up fast.
On the ACT website, www.actstudent.org/testprep, you will find the options below, many free or at a low cost, to help students prepare for the ACT test:

- ACT Online Prep—The only online program designed exclusively by ACT test development professionals, featuring real questions from previous tests.
- The Official ACT Prep Guide—An ACT-authorized prep book, with three practice tests, each with an optional writing test, plus access to hundreds of additional questions online.
