Kindergarten Registration
It's critical that we have an accurate count of our incoming kindergarten students for next year. If you need to register your incoming kindergartener, please visit https://www.fcps.org/enroll/index for enrollment information. All enrollment is completed online.
Health Room Clothes
If your child has clothes borrowed from the health room, please wash and return them. Also, we would LOVE to have additional clothing on hand in the health room. We are in need of boys clothes (all sizes) as well as girls pants (all sizes).

Food Bank Thank You
We received the following note from the food bank managers after such generosity from our food back drive.
Dear Centerville Elementary School,
Emmanuel Trinity Lutheran Church food bank would like to send a BIG THANK YOU to your school for the food donation that you collected. We are very grateful for your donation!
Even though we are a small food bank, we are always in need of new food supplies. And so, Centerville Elementary School, you were very helpful in keeping our food supplies stocked.
A special thank you to Jennifer Michie who reached out to our food bank.
Again C.E.S, thank you very much!

Class Placements 2024-2025
It's hard to think that we will soon be planning for next year! Our plan is to group students into their classes over the summer and announce these placements in August. Some of you appreciate the opportunity to share feedback about the characteristics of a teacher that best match your child(ren). While we will still accept this feedback, please understand the mammoth task of grouping students. The feedback can be taken into consideration but never a guarantee. If you feel the need to share feedback, you may email the principal at karen.hopson@fcps.org with characteristics of a teacher to best meet the needs of your child. We are unable to accept any request that specifically name a teacher. Next year, our fourth and fifth grades will continue using the departmentalization model where all students in those grades will have the opportunity to experience each teacher in that grade. More information and details will be sent out over the summer to these grades. Thank you for your understanding!
