"Make a Change" Mini Grant through SW Youth & Family Services
We are thrilled to announce that we have launched a new initiative through South Windsor Youth and Family Services called the Make a Change Mini Grant.
This Make a Change Mini Grant encourages students to put their ideas into action. There are wonderful projects that are dreamed up, but they often come with barriers, including funding.
This mini grant program gives students the opportunity to see their idea come to life! We are looking for the following type of projects:
1.Promote and/or inspire kindness
2. Contribute to positive mental health and/or emotional wellness
3. Support inclusion and respect
4. Encourage a positive school community
The proposals can come from one student, a group of students or a classroom of students that currently attend South Windsor schools. The grant must be approved by the appropriate building principal before submitting. Each student may only be involved in the submission of one application per grant cycle.
We are taking applications until April 7th 2023. The application can be found below!
Share your gratitude for ANY member of our Eli Terry community using this quick Google Form! Your shoutout will be shared on our morning announcements, through a "shout out" card, and/or on the PTO Facebook page!
