Dear Chesterbrook Academy Elementary Families,
We hope that our entire CBA community had a relaxing, rejuvenating Spring Break. Whether you traveled to a far off place or stayed close to home, we hope that you are refreshed and ready to finish the school year with a bang!
The month of April brings many wonderful things to look forward to. Just to name a few...
It's Poetry Month! Our 3rd grade students are kicking it off with a trip to WCUP Poetry Center later this week. Throughout the month the third grade students will create their own original poetry which will be presented at their annual Poetry Picnic on May 2nd!
In April we celebrate Earth Day! This years theme is Planet vs. Plastics, which calls for widespread awareness on EarthDay.org's mission to build a plastic-free planet! Join us in learning more about how you can help!
Pre-K will perform in their first ever Spring Concert on April 11th! Students have been working to perfect their songs all about an Under the Sea Adventure! We cannot wait for their performance.
Don't forget our upcoming Boys Boardwalk Festival Night, The Ultimate Game Night Under the "Son" Plus One! This is a fun game night for all boys from Pre-K through 5th Grade and their mom or another loved one of their choosing. Held on Friday, April 12th, the event is sure to be a Splash! Please RSVP below.

๐ถ๏ธ Summer Camp at CBA ๐
Join us for School-Age Summer Camp
At our summer camps, we measure time not in minutes but in moments. Like the moment your child jumps for joy when scoring their first goal. The look on their face when the rocket they built actually launches. The thrill of performing on a stage, solving a math challenge, or creating digital art. Epic moments like these happen all summer long at our day camps, sports camps, specialty camps, and academic camps. This is the place where epic moments happen!
We require all students to wear a school uniform unless otherwise directed.
- Daily Uniform: Girls and boys should wear a green or blue polo shirt with khaki shorts/pants/skirt.
- PE Uniform: PE t-shirt and mesh shorts or sweatpants with sneakers are required on PE days.
- Shoes & Socks: On Daily Uniform days, students must wear brown shoes with white, green or blue socks. Students should wear sneakers on PE days.
**Please note, students should not wear Ugg boots to school**
Sick Policy
Sick Policy
Families assist us in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all our Children by keeping sick Children at home. The purpose of our sick child policy is to:

- Promote complete recuperation of the sick Child.
- Prevent the constant spread of cold, flu and diarrhea and other communicable diseases that are common among small children.
Children who become ill at school will be made comfortable and families will be notified to pick them up within one hour. Families must keep sick children at home until they have been symptom-free for at least 24 hours* if they display any of the following:
