Eagle Nation News
April 15
Notes from the Principal's Desk
Dear Parents and Families,
We wanted to inform you that report cards for the third quarter were sent home on Friday, April 12th. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your child's academic progress, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
We're thrilled to announce that we will be celebrating students achieving A honor roll with an ice cream treat provided by the PTA on Monday, April 15th. It's a wonderful way to acknowledge and reward their hard work and dedication.
In accordance with policy 3400-R NHCS Evaluation of Students Performance, we'd like to remind you that there are no academic contracts for year-long classes during quarter 3 and quarter 4. However, academic contracts will be provided for students in semester-long courses (such as Biotech, Art) if their final average is an F or INC.
Students who receive contracts will have two weeks to fulfill the requirements, with a final due date of Friday, April 26th. We encourage both students and parents to take this opportunity seriously, as it serves as a valuable chance to improve academic performance.
Every student. Every day. Whatever it takes!

Eagle Academy 2024
We're excited to announce the launch of our schoolwide EOG preparation program, Eagle Academy! This initiative, taking place during mastery over the next five weeks, aims to ensure our students are fully equipped and confident for the upcoming End of Grade tests in May.
During Eagle Academy, students will engage in comprehensive review sessions, focusing on concepts previously covered in their core classes. They'll have the opportunity to reinforce their understanding through weekly assignments, which will count for a grade in both their math and ELA classes.
For more detailed information about Eagle Academy, including specific activities and schedules, please refer to the attached Google Slides presentation and visit the Eagle Academy link on the Noble Webpage.
We encourage you to support your child in taking full advantage of this invaluable preparation time. By putting forth their best efforts and actively participating in Eagle Academy, they'll be better equipped to demonstrate their knowledge and skills during the EOG tests.
Thank you for your continued partnership in your child's education. Together, we can ensure their success in mastering these important assessments.

Dress Code Reminder
As the weather starts to warm up, we'd like to remind you of two important points in our student dress code:
Upper clothing must cover the chest, from armpit to armpit, and the torso. Straps are required.
Lower clothing, including dresses and skirts, must extend to the mid-thigh. Shorts or pants should not reveal undergarments or buttocks. Additionally, any holes or designs in lower clothing must adhere to the above criteria.
Thank you for your cooperation in ensuring that our students adhere to these guidelines. Your support helps maintain a positive and respectful learning environment for everyone.
The full policy can be found at NHCS Policy 4316: Student Dress Code.

Month of the Military Child
Noble Eagles-
Please join us in recognizing our military connected children this April during the month of the Military Child. The life of a military kid is a blend of unique adventures and challenges. It’s important to keep in mind that they serve our country too, as part of a military family… not just in April, but all year long! Celebrate the challenges and triumphs of our military-connected children. These amazing kids selflessly sacrifice for our country and are brave, proud, and strong. Thank you military families and children!
