What causes a flood to happen?
A flood can happen because of three things. One could be heavy rainfall. Two could be the overflow of a river/ ocean. Finally, three could be when snow melts to quickly. Floods can be big or small. Sometimes when the streets over flow and the sewers are full, the water goes into peoples basements/ houses.
