Assistant Principal's Week
This week we celebrate Mr. Altland. We are so lucky to have him here at Scott. He works tirelessly to help teachers, motivate students, support me, create a positive learning community, and face the many unpredictable challenges that land on his desk.
Assistant Principals play a crucial role, and this week is a dedicated time to recognize them for their hard work and commitment to our schools, students, and profession. Please join us in celebrating Mr. Altland. He is one of the best Assistant Principals there is and we are so happy to have him as ours!

March's Student of the Month- Lizbeth Guadarrama- Flores
Congratulations to Lizbeth Guadarrama-Flores, our Student of the Month for March.
Many teachers reached out to support Lizbeth's nomination. Here are some of the things they said: Lizbeth is helpful to everyone. She always tries her best and has made huge progress this year. Lizbeth is a super hard worker. She also has been trying really hard to focus on school and make good choices.
Congratulations, Lizbeth, we are so proud of you. Keep up the great work!
Employee of the Month for March- Mr. Wagner
Congratulations, Mr. Wagner! Mr. Wagner has had a busy couple months working with the Matilda cast and crew as they prepared for the March performances and we have all been impressed. Thank you for putting in all of the extra time and being so committed to your music and drama students.
Mr. Wagner is also always willing to help his colleagues with technology issues and information (he has a knack). He has even been known to water plants! Thank you for all that you do to help our students and staff.
We also want to congratulate our runners up: Mrs. Abgarian, Mrs. Smith, and Ms. Gable. All three staff members were given a gift card to treat themselves at Dunkin Donuts. We have an amazing team here at Scott!
