A Principal's Perspective
Thursday and Friday I will be participating in the Harvard Principal Reunion sponsored by HEB. The evening dinner speaker will be our new Education Commisioner, Mike Morath. Not only do I love learning at this yearly event, I enjoy connecting with Texas principals and meeting the business community that are cheerleaders for public education.
Spring break is upon us! One more week of action packed learning and then we can kick our feet up and say AHHH! For sure a well deserved break!
Be Legendary - See the possibilities!

News & Notes
* Thank you to our "bowling team" for a great GP representation to the Junior Achievement event on Saturday. Also a big thanks to Christian Parker for organizing our student participation in the Empty Bowls event this past Saturday. Perfect weather, beautiful bowls, delicious soup, and great support to the High School Food Pantry and Arts Council!
* Field Trips: For security of money on field trips, please request a district credit card instead of taking cash for tickets. If you are collecting money for any activity, please turn in to the office to put in the safe instead of locking it in your rooms. Both scenarios ensure that money is secured.
Jeans for a Week? Helping a GP Family!
