Here are the Phoenix Facts for the coming week:
SPRING BREAK - APRIL 1st -5th
There will be no school April 1st-5th for Spring Break.
MARCH 26th – ACT & ASPIRE TESTING
TEST DAY IS HERE!! On Tuesday all Sophomore students will be participating in the ASPIRE+ Test and our Juniors will be participating in the ACT. We are excited to see all the prep and hard work pay off! Students should be here and in their seats before 7:30am. Busses will run on their normal times and teachers will be available in the afternoon for consultation time. We will have snacks for all our students during their breaks that morning. No phones will be allowed in the testing rooms so please plan accordingly.
Sophomores: Bring your charged laptop and your calculator.
Juniors: Bring your calculator.
Seniors: Sleep in as long as your parents/guardians will let you. You are seniors! You deserve the day off!
Parents: Please encourage your students to be here and do their best!

HONOR CORD APPLICATIONS DUE APRIL12th
Seniors can apply for honor cords using this link. Honor cord applications are due by 2:30 p.m. on Friday, April 12th.
SENIOR U MAKE-UP DEADLINE
Seniors: All U's must be made up In order to walk at graduation. The last day to make up previously earned U's is May 10th. If you have U's, please work with Ms. Banner, our citizenship secretary located in the counseling center, to get enrolled in the U Make-up Canvas course to recovery any negative citizenship credit.
SCHOOL BREAKFAST HOURS
Our awesome kitchen staff has breakfast for purchase starting at 7:00 a.m. For students wanting breakfast, please arrive early enough to eat breakfast and get to class on time!

PARENT SERIES - SUBSTANCE ABUSE & VAPING
Davis School District is pleased to announce an upcoming mental health series titled “ABC’s of Substance Use & Vaping,” scheduled for April 10th. This event is designed to provide crucial information about health issues related to substance use and vaping, recognizing behavioral and addiction signs, and equipping parents with effective strategies for discussing vaping with their children. We strongly encourage all parents to participate in this informative session, as it will provide valuable insights and resources to help safeguard our children’s well-being.
