Pathos
You should read The Testing series because it is an action packed thriller. This book was hard for me to put down as it was so intriguing. It kept me on the tip of my seat and I believe it has kept many other people there to. You need to pick up The Testing Series even if you do not like dystopian novels trust me I guarantee that you will like this one. This book is so under-viewed because of series like the Hunger Games but it should not be because it might even be better than The Hunger Games in my opinion.

What is the testing series?
The Testing series is composed of three books The Testing, Independent Study, and Graduation Day. It is a sci-fi series based in the USA after a huge world war that destroyed everything. The 7 stages of war destroyed the land until people banded together. The main character is Malancia "Cia" Vale a young 16 year old girl who was chosen for The Testing which is a program to find the brightest people. After getting chosen for The Testing Cia shows bravery, perseverance, loyalty, and what might be her downfall trust. I think these are the best traits she shows because this is what helps her most throughout the entire Testing. The main problem Cia faces with these traits is surviving the Testing which is very very brutal and not ironically testing. As I said earlier The Testing is to find the brightest. What I did not mention is where they go. This is the biggest of many problems Cia faces especially since if she fails The Testing she dies. There is a whole lot of action in this book especially in the fourth stage of testing where the canidates have to travel from blown up Chicago all the way to the capital of the new nation Tosu City. They have to brave poisonous water and animals on the 1155 km journey to get through the final stage of The Testing. My personal favorite part is the ending which sadly I cannot spoil so I will only say that it really blows your mind. The end is also action packed and the climax to it is amazing. What would you do if you were in the testing? Find out what Cia had to do to survive by reading the testing series.
