From the Office
- Please keep sending notes when your child is absent. You may email krystyna.barberena@fwisd.org with the date of absence and reason. If you have any questions, let us know. Also, even if it is not an "excused" absence, we'd still prefer to have your reason documented for your child's file. (https://youtu.be/VZXIGIL3V7Q)
- Keep a lookout for information on making up any absences greater than 10% of the school year.
- Always bring your ID with you for early dismissals. Also, students may only be picked up early by adults on their official pick-up list. Finally, we are not able to do any early dismissals after 2:30pm. All early dismissals for K-5th must be signed out by 2:30pm.
Students should bring notes to the office.
The PTA box is inside the office to the left.
Notes about absences, etc. should go in the Notes box.
Students must attend 90% of the school year at a minimum without having to make up time. This is a state policy.
