SCHEDULING YOUR CONFERENCES
We are using a new conference system called PowerPTC. This system is integrated into the PowerSchool Parent Portal. Please Note: The system does NOT work with the PowerSchool Parent App. You must use the PowerSchool Parent Portal on a web browser either on your phone or a computer.
If you do not have a PowerSchool Parent Portal account or you have forgotten your login credentials, please contact Ms. Vanessa Buchanan, vbuchanan@wcusd200.org or 815.206.2247, for assistance.
Click here for a step-by-step guide with pictures or follow the directions below.
Go to the PowerSchool Parent Portal from any internet-connected device.
Enter your login information as required on the screen.
Once in the application go to the top right corner of your screen and choose the applications icon.
When the next screen opens, click on the POWERPTC link.
Once you are in the system click on CONFERENCE SCHEDULE.
Select the DATE you would like to schedule your appointment.
Select the starting TIME.
When you are finished scheduling all of your conferences, click BUILD SCHEDULE NOW!
You may then print your schedule or email yourself a copy.
If you are scheduling for more than one student, switch to the next student by clicking the CHANGE STUDENT link in the top left corner.
If you need assistance with scheduling your child's conference, please contact the school office for support. You can also email PTConference@wcusd200.org. Please make sure to include your child's name, school, and issue you are having.

Students, teachers and parents provide their opinions related to five indicators that can predict important student outcomes. The survey results are used by our principals to help guide their improvement efforts at the individual schools.
Please submit your survey by March 29, 2024.
