2016-2017 Tuition Information Pre-K to 8
Wednesday night, our January Board meeting was in session and voted on our budget for the 2016-2017 school year. I know that many of you are anxious to know what the tuition will be for next year and are taking that into consideration as you re-register your children. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me directly by phone or email.
Tuition for StJP School K-8 2016-2017
There has been a slight increase to our tuition of just over 2%. Please note that this is a slight increase, but in totality it is still less than what it cost to educate each child. This also does not include the expectation that our medical and utility expenses for the school will also increase well above 2% in the coming year. So please know that we are trying to keep our tuition increases as low as possible, so that you can continue to give your child an excellent Catholic education. In addition, although you have a registration fee collected in April, it is subtracted from the cost of your tuition for 2016-2017 school year. This is not an additional fee that is charged. StJP is one of the few, if not only schools, that does not charge an additional registration fee on top of tuition for grades K-8.
Below is the breakdown of tuition in grades K-8:
In Parish Rates
1 child=3150.00
2 children=6000.00
3+ children=7690.00
Catholic Non-Parish Rates
1 child=3900.00
2 children=6800.00
3 children= 9700.00
Non-Catholic Rates
1 child=4200.00
2 children=8400.00
3 children=12600.00
Tuition for StJP Pre-school 2016-2017
There will not be an increase in our pre-school tuition for the 2016-2017 school year. However, there is a non-refundable registration fee of $50.00 per child or $100 per family. This is in addition to the yearly tuition if you do not have any students enrolled in our K-8 school.

Additional re-registration information:
When you go to MSP to re-register www.mystudentsprogress.com , after you login, and go to the re-registration section, please be sure to scroll down and click the submit button after you have filled in the required information. If you complete the process correctly, a message will come up and tell you that your information has been updated. If you are not sure if you did this correctly, please go back in and go through the process again.
There is only a week and a half left to re-register current students. Open enrollment will begin on February 1, 2016. If you do not re-register prior to that date, your child's spot could be lost to a new student registering. Please remember that our faculty and programs are determined by the number of students enrolled, so your timely re-registration is appreciated.
Thank you again for your continued support of Catholic education and StJP! There are many more great things to come of our school in the upcoming year and we want you and your children to be a part of it.
Re-Registration for 2016-2017
Dear Parents,
Re-Registration for current families will close on January 31st. On February 1st open enrollment will begin for new families. We want to give our current families the opportunity to re-enroll before opening it to the public. We are asking you to complete your registration in January so that we can plan our budget for the 2016-2017 school year accordingly. Our faculty and programs are determined by our number of students. Therefore, the sooner we know how many students will be attending, the sooner we can plan for the upcoming year.
A re-registration deposit for families is required and will be debited via FACTS on April 1, 2016. Families with one child at StJP will be charged a $50.00 enrollment deposit, and those with two or more children will be charged a $100.00 deposit. Your re-registration deposit will be credited towards your family's total tuition for the 2016-2017 school year.
To re-enroll current students in Pre-School through 8th Grade you must log into My Students Progress (MSP) to complete the process. We have made this easier and paperless for your convenience. Directions along with an example on how to re-enroll via MSP are attached.
To enroll (NEW) siblings of current students in Pre-School through 8th Grade you MUST complete the following two step process to guarantee placement for the coming school year.
1. Before January 31st log into MSP and complete the Save the Seat Section for the new sibling.
2. You must attend one of the new sibling registration appointments. Please sign up using the applicable link below.

If your Tuition account is not current for 2015-2016, please contact the Business Manager, David Bauer immediately to discuss your account status and payment arrangements, so that you can re-enroll.
NOTE: If you have not taken steps to re-enroll current students and siblings via MSP for the 2016-2017 school year by January 31, 2016 and have not attended the new sibling enrollment appointments, your child's space in next year's class is NOT guaranteed.
