Group 6 Nutritional Project
How to live a healthy life
Nutrition and Food
In my article I learned about how important nutrition is. When not given the proper amount of fruits and vegetables the body can develop cancerous diseases.
Sedentary Lifestyle
The recommended amount of exercise a day is 1 hour. Many Americans do not receive this. In fact, 65% of Americans do not. Anything is adequate for exercise-- a sport, a gym session, or even a walk. The main point is that healthiness comes with exercise.
Alcohol and Drug Use
What I learned from my article is that young teens are using alcohol and taking drugs more often than ever. It’s an increasing problem and will deteriorate your immune system as well as your brain. If you continue to abuse these substances, then your health will deteriorate and will not lead a healthy life.
