Director Tidbits ~ January 2017
Equipping Directors in the South Sound
** Please Click on the Link below to Sign Up for the Director monthly One-on-Ones **
Lets get our One-on-Ones scheduled!
I know that your time is valuable! I deeply appreciate your willingness to set aside a time each month for us to connect.
- The purpose of this meeting will be to provide an opportunity for me to have scheduled one on one communication with each of you at least once a month.
- I am asking that we set aside a one hour block of time. These calls might not last an hour, but I would like us to set the time aside in case we need it.
- Also, as you sign up, would you please put into the "comments" box 1-2 additional days and times on the list that would work for you. This information will help me as I plan our monthly group call.
I Want to see you!
I will then contact you directly and we can talk about what you want my visit to look like.
How can I deliver a "value add" for your community.
Second Semester - here we are!!
Here are things coming!

Need F & E Tutor Trainers
Would you be willing to approach them and ask them to consider being a Tutor Trainer? Every Trainer I have ever had said that it made them a better tutor and they understood CC and the program so much better after recieving the extra training. It is a total of about 6 hours of training, online and some reading, and there is a little income to go with it.
I will need 2 trainers for the July Practicum, and Jennifer will need 3 for June... please consider. The earlier we can fill these positions, the more time they will have to prepare.
Challenge Themes - Are you familiar?
The Themes of Challenge are my FAVORITE way to describe our programs to people. When they see the long-term vision of the program and the intentional growth focus.
Do you know these? Can you use them to help people understand that our program is a K-12 program? Here is a flyer that you could print out to help remember - I have one with my IM binder and I use it for that portion of the IM.
Challenge A: Personal Investment Builds Ownership
Challenge B: Ownership Builds Discipline
Challenge I: Discipline is the Cornerstone of Freedom
Challenge II: Freedom Allows Opportunities for Noble Choices
Challenge III: All Choices Bring Consequences
Challenge IV: Understanding Consequences Builds Great Leadership
