The tattoo goes through the epidermis sits in the dermis and the epidermis peels and if it is done correctly it won't reach the hypodermis. The tattoo pigment may go deeper into the dermis which is why it fades. Before you get a tattoo make sure you are immunized for hepatitis and tetanus because infection could occur.
Health Risks
Tattoos can cause many health complications such as; allergic reactions, skin infections, skin cancer, ink poisoning, tetanus, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, and MRI complications.
Aesthetic Consequences
Some of the aesthetic consequences are when you get older and get wrinkles your tattoo won't look the same.Also tattoos fade over time to where they look really old.
