Shout-Outs
- Shout-out to our Freshmen Students of the Week from last week! Emma Williams came to us from Grace Lutheran School. Next year, she will be in the Visual Arts Magnet program here at Lee. In her free time, she enjoys sketching, pencil drawing, and ice skating. Her favorite teachers here at Lee are Mrs. Johnson because she has been very supportive of her art, encouraged her to get into the magnet, and is very fun and sweet, and Ms. Renaud because they have a good relationship and she calls home for good reasons. After graduating from Lee, she wants to go to school for cosmetology and business and open up her own salon. Chase Evans comes to us from the Academy for Academics & Arts Middle School. Here at Lee, he is a member of the Orchestra magnet and will be in the Dance magnet next year. In his free time, he enjoys fashion designing and playing videogames. His favorite teacher here at Lee is Mr. Pearson because he's funny and he's learned a lot from him. After graduating from Lee, he wants to become a fashion designer or a wrestler. Congratulations to both of them for living out our #FamiLEE values so well!
- Shout-out to our Cheerleading & Varsity Boys Basketball Players who were recognized at Senior Night last week!
- Shout-out to our Varsity Boys Basketball Coach Greg Brown on being recognized for 500+ wins as the Lee High School coach!! His sons Kaleb & Kobe were able to join in on FaceTime from college to celebrate the moment with their dad/coach. Thanks for all you do, Coach Brown!
