- If not received by Oct. 15, 2020, student is excluded until form is provided or a signed note from doctor with appointment date is provided
- Oral health exam dated Nov. 15, 2019 or later - due May 15, 2021
- Eye exam by optometrist dated Aug. 20, 2019 or later - due Oct. 15, 2020

Chromebook Information
- Every child will receive a district owned Chromebook to use for remote learning. Kindergarten through sixth grade.
- To receive the Chromebook, you must log into Skyward Family Access and complete the Chromebook Check out Form. Please see the picture below to find it on your Family Access Page.
- Repair costs are responsibility of parent.
- Insurance can be purchased to help with repairs. Go to this website for more information.
- Distribution of Chromebooks will occur at the same time as Meet & Greet.
- Grades 4-6 will receive a case, charger & Chromebook.
- Grades K-3 will receive a charger and Chromebook. Cases will be distributed when they arrive; they've been ordered, not yet delivered.

Organizing for Remote Learning
Remote Learning
- Significantly different than the spring
- Teachers will be teaching live lessons
- Students who can't make it to the live lessons will be able to see "on demand" lessons by our curriculum providers
- Google Classroom is the platform for student work
- Google Meets will be used instead of Zoom
Students Need
- You (or another adult) close by to monitor and not hovering
- Organized school supplies you have at home (see lists below)
- "Take Home Kit" we provide
- Chromebook - charged and ready for the day
- Daily schedule provided by the teacher
