Physical:
-12 months; crawls on stomach, attempts to feed self with spoon and cup, creeps up and down stairs, moves from sitting to crawling position.-18 months; walks without assistance, pushes or pulls objects while sitting, dances in standing position for short periods.
-24 months; Carries items while walking or pulls a toy behind, runs short distances, walks backwards, kicks a ball, uses blocks to build, stands on toes, uses pincer grasps and cup with handles to self-feed, undresses self
Cognitive:
-12 months; Follows simple instructions, understands words meanings, enjoys music and attempts to sing.
-18 months; Understands the purpose of everyday items, identifies objects and body parts.
-24 months; Identifies objects when prompted by caregivers, tries to pronounce and repeat words in surrounding conversations, begins to organize objects by color or shape, uses discovery to solve problems.
Socio-emotional:
-12 months; shows favoritism and attachment to toys and objects, begins responding with no, watches caregivers for responses to actions.
-18 months; Demonstrates desire to share object of interest with caregivers, exhibits temper tantrums, demonstrates comfort and affection toward familiar people.
-24 month; Develops self-awareness, mimics behavior of others, shows interest in other children, engages in parallel play
