April Stampede
P.R.I.D.E. In Every Stride
Principal's Message
Hello Malloch family,
I hope you enjoyed your Spring break with family and friends and that you made memories you will cherish forever.
We have a busy April! This first week back, Mrs. Sacca will be busy setting up the Scholastic book fair in our cafeteria so that students can preview the books and other fun items for purchase. The book fair will open officially on Monday, April 8 and will close at the end of our Open House/Showcase event on Thursday, April 11. See more information in the flyer below.
Please join us on Thursday, April 11 at 6:00 P.M. for our annual Open House and Elective Wheel Showcase! This is a special night for our students to share their work and classrooms with their families. I hope to see everyone there.
Our wonderful PTO is gearing up for another great carnival. They will host this event on Friday April 19. The evening will be full of games and bouncy attractions for our students and families to enjoy. Oh, and don’t forget there will be food trucks as well!
Our drama club will present the play Aladdin on April 22, 23, and 24. The performance on April 22 will be simply the performance whereas the performances on the 23rd and 24th will be dinner performances.
- Tuesday, April 22 - $5.00 a ticket
- Wednesday and Thursday, April 23 and 24 – $20.00 a ticket.
Anyone may buy tickets (4 tickets a performance) through our Malloch school office.
We will end our month with a celebration for all Malloch staff members with our annual staff appreciation week. Let’s show our Malloch staff how much they are appreciated!
Many of our students use their FUSD issued computer and Teams Chat interface to communicate with each other during and after school. We are trying to curtail this activity at school, and we need your help to monitor it at home. Together we can ensure our students are using this interface appropriately.
Reminder, there will be no school tomorrow, April 1 (this is not an April fools’ joke! 😊)
Have a wonderful month of April!
See everyone on Tuesday, April 2!
GO MUSTANGS!
