Action Items
Focus on good planning , maintaining routines and consistency.
Are your reading group times consistent? Are your math plans consistent? Are your intervention/enrichment plans consistent? Students respond best to familiar routines and consistency.
At this time of year, it is critical that we are consistent as the students familiarity with routines at this time is something that will help with student engagement and reduce disruptions.
During classroom observations, we will look at the planning that is on each team drive as we are looking for the presence of delivery of well planned, well prepared lessons that are occurring with consistency.
This is critical in our time leading up to Spring Break.
