Have you seen the billboards advertising Potted Potter? It is touted as, " A Parody by Dan and Jeff who take on the ultimate challenge of condensing all seven Harry Potter books (and a real life game of Quidditch) into seventy hilarious minutes." This Harry Potter Parody hits Dallas on December 7 and continues until the 29th. Click here for more information.
There will be a very, special conference in Dallas in December. It is the Learning Forward Conference. The website describes it as, a conference that offers education leaders and policy makers the connections, tools, learning opportunities, and strategies they need to understand and implement effective professional learning in their classrooms, schools, and districts. It does cost some $$ so, if interested, I would approach our admin. I don't know what their budget for this is, but, I always believe it is worth it, if this is something you are passionate about. https://conference.learningforward.org/
