Spring Technology Challenge (last one this year) ~ Microsoft Search Coach
If you have students doing Internet research for a classroom project/content, then you need to implement this tool! Click here for a three-minute overview of Search Coach. Then....
Complete the Microsoft Training module on Search Coach for your chance to win a MPS logo stadium blanket! The module took me about 15-20 minutes to complete. You can access the training module here. Using Search Coach is a great way to help your students develop information literacy skills!
Upon completion either print your certificate or screenshot the certificate or badge and send to me to be entered into the drawing. Also please include how you plan to use this feature with your students.

Increased Security for Infinite Campus
In the interest of increasing security for our organization’s private data, we are going to make a change on Friday, March 24th to the way that you sign into Infinite Campus. Instead of having a separate username/password combo, we will be using Microsoft to enable Single-Sign-on to your Campus account.
Most of you will already be familiar with how this works – but for those who may not be, here’s a short explanation. Starting Friday, instead of having to sign into the Infinite Campus website with a username & password, you will instead only need to click the “Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO)” button and log in with your School Office 365 account. For most people, this will immediately sign you into the site, however if you are off premises, you will need to complete the Multi-factor sign in process that you already have to do for your School Office 365 account.

Copyright & Fair Use ~ Reminder
Fair use grants users conditional permission to use or reproduce certain copyright protected materials as long as the reproduction or use of those materials meet defined guidelines (fair use assessment). Fair use is not a right given to educators or any other person - it is a defense applied in court to a charge of infringement. Violating copyright is against the law!

Canva ~ create presentations, posters, and other graphics!
Canva is a graphic design platform, used to create social media graphics, presentations, posters, documents and other visual content. The app includes templates for users to use. The platform is free to use and includes a version for education (let me help you get hooked up the education version and get started). Looking for a unique image?
